Territory Sales Officer
Major Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales target for the assigned territory; Present sales, revenue and expenses reports.
- Achieve Company objectives along with Dealers; monitoring distributors and ensuring lifting according to plan.
- Identify untapped market and strive to grab the market.
- Identify new distributors, dealers in assigned area; Create Strong Distribution Channel; Motivate the Distributors; Ensure highest level of Customer Service.
- Maintain Continuous connection with dealers & retailers.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
- Prepare daily sales Report and monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Seek and continuously develop own product knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics, and communicate this relevant department in the company.
Academic Requirements and Experience
- Bachelor degree in any discipline from any reputed University;
- At least 1/2 Year(s) of experience is required. Experience in Cement will be given preference
Additional Requirements
- Must have the sound knowledge and skills to handle distribution channels like retail, wholesale, counter store, tea bunks, tobacco plus, super shops and others where consumer food products available.
- He has to achieve or exceed both qualitative and quantitative goals for his assigned territories
- Willingness to explore new business opportunity and platform to exceed the assigned qualitative and quantitative goals for his/her territory.
- Lead, train & care one or more team of SO (Sales Officer) for unleashing and utilizing their potentiality to achieve monthly sales volume.
- Create a healthy competitive winning environment among the sales officer in the distribution area thus they can achieve their individual goal for each month
